Not at all! This recipe is suitable for bakers of all levels, beginner to expert.

What equipment do I need?

The following basic baking equipment is required:

  • baking dish—I use a 9" square pan
  • mixing bowls
  • spatula, whisk
  • measuring cups & spoons
  • parchment paper
  • knife
  • rolling pin

The following equipment is recommended:

  • hand or stand mixer
  • bench scraper
  • silicone pastry mat (or silicone baking mat)
How long is the video?

The cinnamon roll instructional baking video is 27 minutes long.

Is the recipe vegan or dairy-/nut-free?

The cinnamon rolls are nut-free. At this time, I offer a dairy substitution. However, the recipe contains egg and I have not tested an egg substitution yet.

I only add substitutions once they have been thoroughly tested and approved.
